Fraud and Misconduct Direct Line

Report Fraud and Misconduct Creative Associates International has established an Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) which will administer the receipt, review, investigation and ensure proper disposition of all allegations of fraud and misconduct received through a telephone direct line, an online form, or by mail, or email. OPR is led by the Senior Advisor for Security and the Senior Director for Security & Field Operations. This office will ensure that the identity of persons submitting reports is treated confidentially. All reports will be reviewed impartially and relevant information will be reported in accordance with US law. Creative Associates International takes seriously all reports of fraud and abuse involving Creative Associates International personnel or programs.
