Do you have an accomplishment or programmatic result or activity that you are particularly proud of?

As Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention of the U.S. Department of Justice, I focused on comprehensive strategy and program and policy development with an emphasis on collaboration between government and the public sector in reducing violence. My outlook is that it is critical to engage all critical stakeholders to truly create a safe and healthy community where families and young people can thrive. I am especially proud of the work I did with the groundbreaking National Forum on Youth Violence Prevention, a White House initiative coordinated by the Department of Justice.

What is it that drew you to the company?

I was drawn to company because of the vision that was created 40 years ago by four, culturally diverse professional women who followed their passion and created Creative Associates International. This is a company with a solid reputation for superior work and does not shy away from innovation, particularly in the field of youth violence prevention and community empowerment.
