Senior Associate



René León is a Senior Associate II in the Economic Growth Division, Workforce Development and Youth Practice Area. In this role, he supports the design and implementation of workforce development programs, agriculture and value chain projects, livelihoods and resilience activities, and private sector development projects. He also provides technical assistance for business development of MCC thresholds programs and investment compacts.

Beyond your job title, please explain your role at Creative.

I do desk research for countries where Creative has identified business opportunities, and participate in capture and intelligence gathering trips to those countries. I also technically support the design and implementation of projects, such as Yemen Community Livelihoods Project; Afghanistan Workforce Development Program; Nicaragua TVET-SAY; Chevron Nigeria Livelihoods Program; MCC BPA ERR Project; and the GAFSP- INVEST-HONDURAS Dry Corridor Alliance, among other relevant programs.
