New CFO named at Creative Associates International

Based in Creative’s headquarters, Holguin will oversee accounting and financial management systems.

Antes do Criativo, Holguin was Vice President of Financial Management and Global Operations Controller at Abt Associates in Washington, DC, where he managed corporate finance and international accounting groups, overseeing international banking and long-term strategic financial planning.
Holguin served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Management Systems International and was Finance and Administration Director at Chemonics International, where he also held other key financial posts. Holguin earned a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in business from the University of South Carolina.
