After more than two years of relentless conflict, Gaza’s children face a crisis unlike any other. Over half a million people are experiencing catastrophic food insecurity, and children under five are at greatest risk. But where there is challenge, there is also hope.

En Creative Associates Internacional, we’re committed to turning that hope into action. Building on our experience in education programs in the Middle East, we’re ready to launch the Gaza Community Nutrition Care intervention — a project designed to save lives and restore futures for Gaza’s most vulnerable children.

Why Nutrition Matters Now More Than Ever

The numbers are staggeringmore than a million people in Gaza are in emergency need, with hundreds of thousands of children lacking reliable access to nutritious food. Malnutrition isn’t just about hunger — it’s about the lifelong impact on a child’s health, desarrollo, and potential. Without immediate help, children face stunted growth, impaired cognitive development, and increased risk of life-threatening diseases.

What We’re Doing

Our new initiative can reach 32,000 crisis-affected children and their families, siempre que:

  • Safe Nutrition Spaces (SNS): We plan to establish 10 centers near community kitchens in displacement camps, working with local partners and the Nutrition Cluster to target the areas of greatest need.
  • Screening and Treatment: Regular health screenings will identify children suffering from malnutrition. Those with moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) will receive specialized care, including outpatient therapeutic feeding.
  • Education and Support: Families will learn about complementary feeding, and children with special dietary needs will receive tailored support.
  • Holistic Care: Our services go beyond food. We will connect families with clean water, hygiene products, mental health support, and child protection services.

A Rapid, Community-Driven Response

Time is critical. Within the first six weekswe’ll launch two SNS centers, quickly expanding to all 10 within six months. Our local team — seasoned professionals in nutrition, salud publica, and psychosocial support — will lead the way, ensuring that every child receives the care they need.

Why This Matters

Without urgent intervention, malnutrition will claim the lives of Gaza’s children and leave survivors with lifelong health challenges. By acting now, we can break the vicious cycle of hunger and disease, helping children not just survive, but thrive.
