The UK-funded Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF) works to build peace and stability in countries at risk of instability, as well as in regions suffering from long-running conflicts. The CSSF Framework Agreement supports and delivers activity to prevent instability and conflicts that threaten UK interests. Creative is a holder of Lot 3 of the agreement, which focuses on defense training and advice, the provision of non-lethal equipment and related defense technical services.

Creative is proud to be a pre-qualified partner to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) through its Special Education Planning & Policy Development Office (SEPP). In collaboration with SEPP, selected partners will support efforts to strengthen special education systems, coordination, and capacity across Massachusetts. This partnership aligns with Massachusetts’ commitment to ensure that all students have access to a high-quality, equity-focused, and student-centered educational experience from pre-K through grade 12. 

Through this Master Services Agreement, Creative is approved to deliver a comprehensive suite of evidence-based advisory and technical services that advance DESE’s strategic priorities in special education.
