Creative is proud to be a pre-qualified partner to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) through its Special Education Planning & Policy Development Office (SEPP). In collaboration with SEPP, selected partners will support efforts to strengthen special education systems, coordination, and capacity across Massachusetts. This partnership aligns with Massachusetts’ commitment to ensure that all students have access to a high-quality, equity-focused, and student-centered educational experience from pre-K through grade 12.
Through this Master Services Agreement, Creative is approved to deliver a comprehensive suite of evidence-based advisory and technical services that advance DESE’s strategic priorities in special education. These offerings include developing and delivering high-quality, evidence-based professional learning; creating special education tools, protocols, and resources; integrating cultural proficiency into special education practices; and collaborating with early childhood actors to support the needs of pre-school aged children. Across all services, Creative will work closely with district and school leaders to provide technical assistance in effective use of data, program planning, and resource use.
Together, Creative and DESE have the opportunity to advance holistic student support, stronger instructional systems, and sustained improvements in outcomes for students with disabilities across Massachusetts.
