USAID awarded Creative the Assistance to Basic Education/Basic Education (ABE/BE) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). With a $1 billion ceiling, the ABE/BE contract provided a broad-range of services and support to USAID’s global basic education programs. Under ABE/BE, Creative supported USAID’s goal to improve primary education, secondary education, literacy training for adults and out-of-school adolescents, early childhood development and training for teachers at any of these levels....
