40+ years of promoting positive change

Creative has implemented hundreds of projects around the globe since it was founded in 1977. From education and elections to governance and economic growth, Creative’s efforts have made a difference. For example, since the year 2000, Creative has trained more than 389,000 teachers in 21 countries—providing them with new skills and techniques that ultimately benefit their students.

Arata Networking Support

Creative provided ongoing network support on an as-needed basis, either on-site or via telephone, depending on the nature of each problem requiring assistance....



Arata Show Service Kits

Date: November 1998 – January 1999

Creative developed a web-based solution for 'show service kits.' Web-based service kits allow authenticated customers to access the service kits and fill out service kit forms online. ...



ARI Website Design and Development

Date: February 1999 – May 2000

Creative established a project website for ARI to have immediate access to updates on progress, links to works under development, and agreed Creative-ARI tasks. Three phases included: establishment of a static promotional page describing ARI corporate capabilities, track record, and qualifications of principals; the introduction of interactive features; and the establishment of a password-protected "clients only" site allowing ARI clients to track progress of surveys and other projects, view and download preliminary data as well as survey instrument and document drafts....



Assistance to Basic Education/Basic Education (ABE/BE) IQC

Date: September 2005 – September 2010

USAID awarded Creative the Assistance to Basic Education/Basic Education (ABE/BE) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). With a $1 billion ceiling, the ABE/BE contract provided a broad-range of services and support to USAID’s global basic education programs. Under ABE/BE, Creative supported USAID’s goal to improve primary education, secondary education, literacy training for adults and out-of-school adolescents, early childhood development and training for teachers at any of these levels....



Assistance to Basic Education/Linkages to Education and Health (ABE/LINK)

Date: September 2005 – September 2010

ABE/LINK provided a broad range of services and support to USAID’s basic education and global health programs. Specifically, under ABE/LINK, Creative supported USAID’s goal to link education with health to improve global health, including child, maternal and reproductive health, reduce the abortion rate and the incidence of disease, particularly HIV/AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis....

Creative provided editorial assistance for the report, "Primary Education for All: Learning from the Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC) Experience," under the USAID-funded Advancing Basic Education & Literacy (ABEL I) project. Creative also facilitated an external review and final production of the report....
