Creative names new Senior Vice President of Business Development

Sharon Cooley has been appointed Senior Vice President of Business Development at Creative Associates International, a global development company recognized for implementing innovative and locally driven programs in nearly 30 countries, it was announced today.
Leland Kruvant, President and CEO of Creative, welcomes Cooley back to Creative starting Jan. 15, 2024, where she worked for more than nine years until October 2020, including three years as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and seven years as a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.
“Sharon brings a commitment to our mission and vision, she is a natural leader and has a keen understanding of our clients’ needs and expectations,” Kruvant says. “She is returning to Creative both as a trusted former colleague and a good friend.”
Cooley is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Integrity, an ethical consultancy and service provider working in challenging and complex environments around the globe.
Cooley’s extensive background includes leadership roles with domestic and international organizations. In addition to Creative and Integrity, she worked with the Mountain Studies Institute in Colorado and the Urban Institute in Washington, DC, among others.

She will form part of Creative’s Senior Leadership Team and report to President and CEO Kruvant.
