He was selected by the National Youth Institute of Honduras and deputy UNESCO delegate to Honduras Alejandro Palma Cerno to represent the youth of his country. Osman took this opportunity to address the assembly with a 5-minute presentation in which he spoke about USAID/AJR initiatives to curb violence and provide opportunity to youth in Honduras. Osman was part of a panel along with Forest Whitaker, currently the Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO, and took the opportunity to speak to the actor, once again, about the Youth Movement against Violence. The two also discussed the PLACES FOR PEACE, a project directed by Whitaker.
