Top military school cadets visit Honduran Outreach Center

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Cadets from the top 20 U.S. military schools spent a day getting to know at-risk youth at a USAID-funded Outreach Center in the Estados Unidos neighborhood of Tegucigalpa, Honduras. They visited the Outreach Center as part of a Department of Defense initiative to learn more about USAID-funded projects, build leadership skills and improve cultural understanding. As part of the Alianza Joven Honduras-USAID project, more than 45 Outreach Centers like this one provide youth with safe spaces and opportunities for recreation, tutoring, music lessons, life skills, vocational training and more.
