Sierra Poske is a recruitment and new business specialist with 9 years of experience in leading new business initiatives including: proposal, project, and startup recruitment efforts for international development programming with geographic expertise in West and Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. She currently oversees the Proposal Recruitment team at Creative Associates.

Previously, Poske served as the Senior Manager for Business Development for the Economic Growth Division at Creative, where she led the overall development of the division’s new business pipeline including; forecast analysis and recommendations, capture management, partner outreach, proposal section writing and review, and technical inputs for proposal opportunities across the globe. Prior to her work with Creative, she has an extensive background in recruitment for higher education institutions and international development competitors in the industry.

Currently in her role as Associate Director for Proposal Recruitment, she oversees a team of international recruiters that pipeline, source, and recruit top-level talent to Creative’s proposal efforts across all geographic regions. She also provides technical assistance and overall process guidance to all proposal recruitment initiatives company wide.

Poske holds a BA from Wake Forest University in English Literature and Anthropology.
