Acting Chief Financial officer and Vice President of Contracts



Mark Miebach is the Vice President of Contracts at Creative. In this role, he leads efforts to provide timely, efficient and effective award management and compliance monitoring from initial award through contract performance and final financial review at Creative. He supports all contract management issues pertaining to agreement interpretation, dispute resolution and all aspects of award administration. 

Beyond your job title, please explain your role at Creative.

The role of the Contracts Department at Creative is to support program implementation while protecting the company against liability. Through purposeful collaborations throughout the organization, the contracting officers of Creative, strive to inform, educate, and resolve with a customer first, internal and external, focus. Therefore, my primary role is to provide guidance and encouragement to my department colleagues so that they develop to their fullest potential to the benefit of Creative. 

What is it that drew you to the company?

Creative’s engagement of at-risk populations in conflict environments was particularly enticing as it evidenced a commitment to core principles and ideals unimpeded by situational challenges.
