Volunteers from the Rio Blanquito Outreach Centers in Choloma strike a pose in front of a sign that reads “Your Second Home.” For at-risk youth, Outreach Center volunteers provide a second home and a lifeline to alternative opportunities for education, recreation, personal growth and job skills training, off the streets and away from gang violence. Collectively, they are helping to expand opportunity and hope to young people in Honduras’ most violent neighborhoods. Photo by Emanuel Rodriguez.
